At the workshop, participants will:
- gain vital insights in communication challenges of business project owners to mobilize diverse teams
- learn key-characteristics of agile and traditional project management
- discover “over the fence” models and techniques to increase creativity and effectiveness in projects
Description
The purpose of the session is to introduce an intention, a practice, and a structure that helps aligning the process of co-creating a shared understanding of a project in a diverse team.
We invite facilitators to sneak, chat, and/or jump over the fence of project management. You will explore facilitation practices to create value for project owners and teams during the mobilization phase of a project.
The session is about actively participating in a practical, playful, and powerful experience of “over the fence” principles and models applied to project design (www.overthefence.com/de).
